Includes full-colour photos of diverse East Coast weddings as well as original calligraphy from Scribble and Script.

2019 WoodenBoat School Engagement Calendar /store/2019-woodenboat-school-engagement-calendar.html?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=2019-woodenboat-school-engagement-calendar Fri, 19 Feb 2021 08:57:31 +0000 /store/2019-woodenboat-school-engagement-calendar With fewer engagement calendars available in our electronic world, we thought the huge variety of fantastic images from our WoodenBoat School made it the ideal candidate for a weekly reminder of all aspects of wooden boating. This calendar has an image from the School on each left-hand page, and the days of the week on the right-hand side. There's plenty of room to jot down reminders, plus we've included major holidays, seasonal markers, clock changes, and moon phases.

Photos are by staff and students, and yes, some taken during the photography courses. You'll find all kinds of boats, many from our fleet, and you'll get a look (or reminder) of the variety of courses that take place on our WoodenBoat campus—everything from building and repair to foundry work, pond yacht building, boat designing, woodblock artwork, painting landscapes (and sea scapes), building bronze cannons, half-models, and tons more.

In addition, they have always been able to make delicious meals for large families. Making the link between food and health, the Association of Black Social Workers has worked with seniors to convert some of their cherished traditional recipes to more healthy versions. We were inspired by the seniors’ willingness to try new twists on their old favourite recipes.
